NAM-MIC Values
At Nam-mic we strongly believe in the economic growth and development of the Namibian people. We aim to achieve this through equity, capacity building, economic growth & development and authenticity & empowerment.
One of our notable objective is through Black Economic Empowerment (BEE).

Black Economic Empowerment:
The process of restructuring state dominated industries and
the unbundling of existing conglomerates is creating opportunities for emergent entrepreneurs and will lead to the acquisition of management skills by gaining experience through active participation an opportunity many black Namibians have been denied for too long.
Nam-mic intends pursuing these opportunities to gain access to mainstream economic activities and thus build new business initiatives.It is not our strategy to welcome or encourage outsourcing exercises because they sometimes have negative effects and implications to our members in terms of retrenchments. However, where outsourcing is inevitable Nam-mic will always consider rendering of such services
