Ms Constantia U Pandeni (better known as “Connie”) a well-trained,educated and experienced academician with 8-years of experience in labour issues as a trade unionists having served both as President, Vice National Treasurer for the Mineworkers’ Union of Namibia(MUN), founder member of the MUN business arm and trust Nam-mic and Namit also serving as Trustee of the said Trust, currently serving as the National Treasurer for the National Union of Namibian Workers (NUNW), has 12-years extensive experiences in Secretarial, Office Administration, Business Management and basic finance and renewable energy resources. Her business administration experience varies from both at middle management, leadership and strategic levels, as a result of having been head of organisations in various capacities e.g. President, National Treasurer, Member of both the National Executive Committee (NEC), Central Executive Committee (CEC) etc., served and continue to serve on various Boards of Directors both in Private, Public Institutions.

She has in her possession a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) Degree in Business Administration from the Polytechnic of Namibia majoring in Business Administration, human resources management, entrepreneurship, Business accounting, Financial Planning & Control, Marketing, Basic Business Statistics, International Business management, Research Methodology, Commercial Law, Consumer and Buyers Behaviours, Advance Organisation Development, Advance Organisational Behaviour, Small Business Management, Retail Business Management and Basic Research Project.

In addition has a National Diploma (Nat.Dipl) in Office Management/Administration (CTC-UK), National Diploma (Nat.Dipl) (IBM-SA) in Business Management, National Certificate in Project Management (USB-SA) and is currently pursuing the Master of Business Administration (MBA).
