Mr.
Jacob N. Nghifindaka holds a Master of Business Administration
from Maarstricht School of Management, an Advanced Diploma
in Public Administration with the College of Public Administration
of Southern Africa as well as various qualifications in management
programmes including the MDP (Management Development Programme)
and the SMP (Senior Management Programme) with the University
of Stellenbosch Business School. Currently he is employed
at Bricks Concrete Industries (BCI), a Subsidiary company
of Roads Contractor Company (RCC) as Managing Director.
Mr. Nghifindaka served in various positions within the
structures of the Mineworkers Union of Namibia since its
inception in 1986 up to the position of President in 1997.
He has been awarded honorary membership of the Mineworkers
Union of Namibia in recognition of his firm commitment and
contribution.
He was the first Managing Director of Nam-mic Holding and
served the organisation from 1997 to 2000. He is still serving
as a non executive director and also as a Chairman of the
Audit & Investment Committee.
Mr. Nghifindaka serves on various boards of directors of
business associates including NamHealth Holding, Ongopolo
Mining and Processing Limited, Nam-mic Financial Services,
Capricorn Investment Holdings, Effort Investment Holding
and Prosperity Health Namibia. He also serves as a member
of the Central Executive Committee of the National Union
of Namibian Workers (NUNW).
